Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because our treats are made fresh and perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If something’s wrong with your order (missing item, damage, or not what you expected), please email us at order@elevatedsweets.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’re happy to help and will do our best to make it right.

Where do you ship and deliver?

We currently offer ground shipping to all areas of United States and local delivery and pickup in Cherry Hill, NJ. Delivery radius and pickup instructions will be shared at checkout. We’re working on expanding soon!

How do I place an order?

Just head to our Shop page, select your treats, and choose either local pickup, delivery or shipping at checkout. Preorders are recommended—our cookies often sell out!

How should I store my cookies?

Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh! If you don’t devour them right away:

    •    Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days

    •    Freeze to enjoy later—just reheat gently in the oven for that fresh-baked magic ✨

Do you make vegan or gluten-free options?

Yes! We offer rotating vegan cookies and are working on more inclusive options. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts, and soy.

Do you cater, take custom orders or provide corporate gifts?
